THE PULSE MAGNETIC FIELD INFLUENCE ON THE Ga BULK DIFFUSION IN a-Fe AT 760 *C

For the first time the influence of a pulsed magnetic field on the Ga bulk diffusion coefficient in a ferromagnetic a-Fe with range of magnetic field intensity of 278,6 kА/m and frequency range of 1–20 Hz at 760 °С via X-ray method has been investigated. The measuring of bulk diffusion coefficient was performed by X-ray diffraction analysis. It was determined that the pulsed magnetic field enable has significant influence on Ga volume diffusion coefficient value in ferromagnetic a-Fe. The "resonant" behavior for Ga bulk diffusion coefficient in a-Fe at frequency of 10 Hz is observed. Possible mechanisms of the magnetic field influence on the diffusion processes are considered.
